2025 It’s here! Lot’s happening in the world and at Young Living! My focus is to highlight a couple of new products at Young Living as well as to remind you about a blend that came out during Covid that helped me to stay positive, grounded and focused as I navigated my days.

Just returned from the Young Living Convention and had an amazing time! I haven’t attended in person since before Covid and am so glad I went!

There is much to share with you but because it is almost the end of July, I will focus on two new products that I have been enjoying daily! The balance of my Convention order was shipped and is on its way!

New YL Supplement!

A product I was especially drawn to is the YL Inner Boost and Balance Stick Packs. The focus of this product is to fill in nutritional gaps, supporting healthy skin aging, cognitive function and energy levels. It may reduce oxidative stress and helps to support a positive outlook and as we know, “Mindset is everything”!

It’s a simple and delicious way to boost your best self from the inside out! The stick packs are easy to throw in your purse or gym bag for on those “on the go” days. I tried it with 8 oz. of water and found the flavor of the Blood orange extract to be enjoyable. I also added my NingXia Red to it one morning and liked that as well. One can also add their Inner Beauty collagen to it for an additional boost to skin, hair and nails. It’s very versatile and something I will continue to use on a regular basis.

The magnesium is from seawater, so there are trace minerals as well. The B-complex vitamins come from dry organic quinoa sprouts, and this formula also has Vitamin E, K2, A and Vitamin D.

YL Convention Blend!

This is the time of year when everything begins to sprout and bloom! After the snow is gone and temps begin to warm up, I totally love walking the yard to see what’s coming up. Seeing a plant begin to surface and start anew always inspires me to start fresh as well!

Yes, I am grateful! Just a quick note to share how grateful I am!

I went for my yearly eye exam last week and was so very excited with the outcome! Did not need new glasses! Also, my dry eye syndrome is also under control! The doctor was surprised, and I was ever so grateful. I had started taking IlluminEyes capsules back in February, faithfully every day hoping to strengthen my eye health overall. What are some small things we can do to easily navigate these stressors for 2022?

1.) During the winter the days are shorter with less light, and we spend less time outside, with more of our skin covered which reduces the amount of Vitamin D created when sunlight contacts our skin. Vitamin D3 strengthens the immune system and helps in mitigating seasonal infections. Young Living Super Vitamin D supports the body’s respiratory system, immune system, bone growth, and hormone production with a vegan-friendly Vitamin D and a blend of essential oils of Melissa and Lime. One thing of importance to me is that the Vitamin D comes from Lichen extract rather than lamb’s wool. Of note: allow two tablets to dissolve for 10-15 seconds in the mouth and then chew for optimum results.

2.) In a study published in the British Journal of Nutrition, with 581 college students for six weeks as they prepared for final exams, researchers found that those that were supplemented with Bifidobacterium bifidum probiotic had significantly fewer cold and flu infections, and if they did get sick it was less severe. Young Living Life 9 Probiotic Supplement includes this strain of probiotic along with eight others. I take one every evening after my dinner. It’s a simple as that!

3.) Looking for an oil for the New Year to keep you feeling empowered emotionally and physically? Idaho Blue Spruce distilled right at the Highland Flats Sustainable Tree Farm in Idaho could be the one! Gary said animals lie down under the spruce tree for protection and rejuvenation and Native Americans have historically used spruce in many ways for healing. Of note: Idaho Blue Spruce may increase testosterone, stamina, energy, and libido, something everyone would appreciate. Rub a few drops on your feet in the morning and pay attention to how you are feeling.
