6 Easy Tips to Trim Down fast and Look Good in your Bathing Suit for Summer

Yikes! It’s time to make sure you look good in your Bathing Suit. Women especially begin to panic when we think about our winter bodies fitting into our summer bathing suit. Americans put on an average of 5-7 pounds during the winter according to research from John Hopkins University, which not only is bad for the waistline but your health as well.

As summer draws near with warmer weather- getting out and enjoying the beach or lake with friends and family in your bathing suit may be something you choose to do.

Here are some simple tips from our Aromatherapy and Essential Oils that you can start right away for fast results now – to feel slim and trim and comfortable in your bathing suit!

5 drops Young Living Citrus Fresh essential Oil
½ cup Raw Sugar
¼ cup Virgin Coconut Oil
4 oz. Glass Mason Jar

Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix together. Place the mixture into the jar and use as needed to exfoliate your hands and body.
